Dear Outside, I Miss You!
Hello! I've been quiet over the last few months because well, the boarders were closed down on us. COVID-19 put a damper on a lot of our plans. I was organizing to attend carnival in The Bahamas, my best friend's birthday weekend in Miami and Spice Mas in Grenada. My months at home were spent going for walks, making candles (Cocoa's Candles coming soon!), and getting use to seeing my 5 other family members more than usual. I'm sure our pet cat Huckleberry had been wondering why these humans are around so much. Now that the curve is on its way to being flattened, countries are beginning to open their boarders and allow international travel again. Below I've highlighted the countries that are currently OPEN to foreign nationalities. These travel restrictions are the updates as of June 4th, 2020.
Countries with restrictions all vary. You may have to obtain a health clearance certificate prior to arriving. Upon your arrival you also may be required to spend 14-21 days in quarantine. This all depends on the counties current health status and where you are traveling from.
I'll be sure to keep you posted on the restriction lifts as come. Thank you for reading. In the mean time be healthy , stay safe and...
…keep Cruising with Cocoa :)
